In fact those are the very reason we are in business! We prepare the closing statements, handle funding and recording of the documents for you. We have a secure escrow account established strictly for funding your transactions. Your funds will be safe and handled according to your instructions and the purchase and sale agreement. We utilize the DocuSign electronic signature system for all documents that aren’t recorded so no matter where you and your customers are—we can get your transaction closed! You provide the Purchase Agreements and the funds and we will do the rest! We are a licensed title insurance producer and can order title insurance for your transaction.
